154lbs @ 18.5bf
10K walk done. The time at the finish said 2:50 but we started an hour later. I walked the first 5k with a sore left knee/leg and then attempted to jog a little here and there. My left leg got tighter and tighter all the up to the hip as time went on.
Boot camp should be fun tomorrow morning.
I was only able to go to boot camp on Monday and Friday because the body was too sore to attend on Wednesday. Friday I almost threw up again towards the end.. my asthma was a bit problematic and today, a day later, my body is sore but not as sore as after the first day.
The challenging part will be experimenting with what to eat in the mornings before going, because I get light headed and fatigued pretty quickly.
The good thing is that having boot camp first thing in the morning is a fabulous way to start the day.
My goal is to attempt going to the gym first thing in the morning on the days that I have off.
Boot camp ‘light’ day was today. Warmup, some simple assessment exercises and a 1K run. It’s 12 hours later and I’m pretty sore and tired. From what I can remember:
Pushups in 1 min: 25
Situps: 30
Plank: 45 s
Squats: Can’t remember..
1 Run: 8 min (the last minute was taken by throwing up)
In the morning I weighed myself: 154lbs @ 19.5% bf
I turned 36 today. Damn eh, that’s almost 40. I weighed myself this morning and was almost 155 @ 17.5%bf which really shocked me. I used to be 160 @ 9% back in the day, and without working out my normal weight was 135 @ ~ 10%. I haven’t been to the gym in more than 6 months and it shows.
Called up Mike from http://www.wcfitnesssolutions.com/ and signed up for the boot camp class. 6:15AM MWF. Yikes.
